Welcome to Makeupbysem. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policygovern Makeupbysem's relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term ‘Makeupbysem’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. Our Australian Business Number (ABN) 69 011 246 563. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website and our services are subject to the following terms of use.
Booking
$165.00 to be paid on all bookings for special occasion/trial makeup appointments
$83.30 deposit required upon booking. Reminder to be paid on the day $82.50
(Please note: all eftpos transactions have a 1% surcharge)
Deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable and is required at the time of booking. All prices include GST.
1% surcharge applies on all transactions
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable and therefore will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation;
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment, by sending an email to makeupbysemone@gmail.com
Location / Travel
All standard appointments are located at my studio: 530 Logan Rd Greenslopes, QLD.
Any bookings outside my studio that require me to travel will need to be negotiated via email at makeupbysemone@gmail.com.

Allergies/Sensitives:
You are required to notify Semone Ricardo Makeup , prior to any scheduled appointments or trials, of any information relevant to allergies , health conditions , sicknesses/infections, skin conditions, medical and/or sensitivity issues.
This is to guarantee that any reactions are prevented.
Please note that any contagious sickness /infections i.e - conjunctivitis, cold sores, rashes, warts, or the flu makeup
services can not and will not be preformed under any circumstances with these conditions.
As it is the clients responsibility to notify Semone Ricardo Makeup about any sensitivities , illnesses or allergies, Semone Ricardo Makeup will not fall responsible for any reactions that in an unlikely event, may possibly occur.
In no event will Semone Ricardo Makeup have any liability or incidental , or consequential damages however characterised for example sensitive skin, sensitive eyes, eczema, dermatitis psoriasis etc.
Behaviour:
Semone Ricardo Makeup reserves the right to refuse service to the client or Bridal party who display inappropriate, abusive or
threatening behaviour.
If services are refused the booking fee will not be refunded, this is to cover the loss of appointment.
